Each restoration project is dependant on a number of factors, so restorations need to be assed on an individual basis. We can quickly do this virtually by viewing a few photographs of the space, before arranging a site visit to confirm a fixed price prior to proceeding.

The simple answer is no. As a company we do not offer a restoration service for outdoor pathways. Subject to the elements over the last century, we find the in this instance it is instead best to take up any remaining tiles and concrete, and re tile to match using new tiles. We expertly lay a new base before tiling to ensure the tiles on top are sound for many decades to come.

Again this needs to be assessed on each individual basis, however by sending a few photographs we can quickly ascertain if restoration is viable.

Yes. For floorboards, we install a specialist membrane to ensure no movement for the tiles once the floor is laid.

No. Our quotes are fixed price. We fully assess each floor during site visit, and our experience of working with Victorian tiles in period properties enables us to confidently predict the amount of repairs that will be needed, and how those repairs will unfold once work starts on the floor.

We invoice in payments as follows, 20% at date of booking, 30% one month prior to work commencing, 50% within one week of completion.

This can vary dependant on time of year, but we generally expect a lead time of 2 - 4 months.

Due to cold weather restricting drying times for our materials, we don’t book outdoor projects during November – February.
